Don&rsquo;t believe us? A study completed by <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/173948\/americans-exercise-feel-best-appearance.aspx?ref=image\">The Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index<\/a> suggests that about seventy percent of Americans who work out for at least thirty minutes a day, seven days a week, feel good about themselves and their appearance.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&rsquo;re unsure of where to begin or feel that you lack the confidence to go into the gym, start small and work your way into more significant exercises.
